TL;DR

People Business Partner (HR): Building and improving people practices in a growing scale-up with an accent on organizational development, performance management, and HR processes. Focus on coaching managers, implementing HR frameworks, and leveraging AI tools to scale operations effectively.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands with an expectation to be in the Amsterdam office ~2 days per week.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management, feedback, and team development.
  • Translate people strategy into practical HR frameworks and scalable processes.
  • Coach and guide leadership in strengthening their people management capabilities.
  • Own HR initiatives from idea to implementation using people data and insights.
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational learning and development paths.
  • Explore and integrate AI and modern HR technology to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR advisory or HR Business Partner role.
  • Proficiency in Dutch is a mandatory requirement.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, or scale-up environment.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with Dutch labour law and HR compliance.
  • Strong ability to build trust and credibility across all organizational levels.
  • Hands-on mindset with a strong focus on process improvement and data-driven HR.

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern HR technology and AI integration.
  • Demonstrable interest in digital health and fitness solutions.
