What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management, feedback, and team development.
- Translate people strategy into practical HR frameworks and scalable processes.
- Coach and guide leadership in strengthening their people management capabilities.
- Own HR initiatives from idea to implementation using people data and insights.
- Support the development and implementation of organizational learning and development paths.
- Explore and integrate AI and modern HR technology to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR advisory or HR Business Partner role.
- Proficiency in Dutch is a mandatory requirement.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, or scale-up environment.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Dutch labour law and HR compliance.
- Strong ability to build trust and credibility across all organizational levels.
- Hands-on mindset with a strong focus on process improvement and data-driven HR.
