What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management, feedback, engagement, and team development.
- Translate people strategy into practical HR frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Take ownership of end-to-end HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving retention and performance.
- Coach and guide managers in strengthening their leadership and people management capabilities.
- Develop and implement learning and development paths across the organization.
- Explore and integrate AI and modern HR technologies to scale operations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR advisory or HR Business Partner role.
- Proficiency in Dutch is a must-have.
- Proven track record of supporting managers on engagement, performance, and change management.
- Solid understanding of Dutch labour law and HR compliance.
- Hands-on mindset with experience in a fast-paced or scale-up environment.
- Ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.

- Familiarity with data-driven HR practices and insights.
- Curiosity and interest in using AI tools for HR process efficiency.
