What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain diverse Workday reporting assets including Matrix, nBox, and composite reports.
- Translate complex business requirements from HR and Finance into precise technical reporting logic and data models.
- Configure reporting-related components, including calculated fields, business processes, and security roles.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide workforce insights that inform budgeting, talent strategy, and operational decisions.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, data governance standards, and Workday security structures.
- Develop documentation and training materials to improve organizational data literacy and self-service capabilities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Workday Report Writer, including complex calculated fields and hierarchies.
- Hands-on proficiency with Advanced, Matrix, nBox, Trended, and Composite reports.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical data specifications.
- Deep working knowledge across multiple Workday modules like HCM, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with expertise in data visualization.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Romania, Hungary, or Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Extended.
- Understanding of Workday security domain frameworks.
- Experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or HR operations.
- Familiarity with Agile or product-led methodologies.
