What you will do

• Lead the global Workday Financials implementation, managing design decisions, requirements gathering, and partner collaboration.
• Define global chart of accounts, fiscal calendars, and localization patterns for multi-entity and multi-currency operations.
• Oversee data readiness, mapping, and integrity during the migration from legacy systems.
• Manage the long-term Workday roadmap, including feature releases, configuration updates, and business process optimization.
• Drive innovation by evaluating AI/ML features for reconciliation, anomaly detection, and forecasting.
• Enable advanced reporting using Report Writer, Prism Analytics, and Adaptive Planning for real-time insights.

Requirements

• Must be located on the US East Coast
• Significant professional experience with Workday Financials as a functional lead, product owner, or senior consultant.
• At least one full-lifecycle Workday implementation experience.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP/IFRS, intercompany consolidation, and tax/VAT statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Workday configuration, reporting, EIB, Studio, and Cloud Connect.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior finance leadership.

Nice to have

• Workday certification in Financials, Expenses, or Procurement.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, or MuleSoft.
• Background in role-based security design, SoD, audit, and SOX compliance.
• Exposure to Prism Analytics.
