What you will do

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• Manage system roles, security domains, and business process policies to ensure platform governance.
• Support internal and external audit requirements by executing system tasks and ensuring compliance.
• Configure AI-driven features and UI enhancements to improve automation and user experience.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in bi-yearly Workday release cycles to assess and adopt new platform functionality.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ability to work in the EMEA time zone.
• Fluency in English for cross-functional collaboration.
• Prior experience with Workday security domains and business process configuration.
• Workday Pro certification is highly preferred.
