TL;DR

People Technology Analyst (ERP/CRM): Responsible for the configuration and support of the Workday platform, including HCM, Absence, Global Benefits, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Journeys with an accent on troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolution. Focus on leading Workday enhancement and optimization projects through completion and creating change management documentation and training.

Location: Remote (Spain)

Salary: 51,000 - 61,000 EUR

What you will do

  • Support system users, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain custom reports, tools, and analytics to meet team needs.
  • Lead Workday enhancement and optimization projects through completion.
  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes including routing, approvals, notifications, and condition rules.
  • Support Workday bi-annual releases by reviewing release notes, performing impact analysis, coordinating testing, and implementing relevant feature updates.
  • Create change management documentation and training to support cross functional teams on new features.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years+ experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment with constant change.
  • Strong project management skills and detail oriented.
  • A customer service, highly-approachable role ensuring that everyone, locally and internationally, views you as a “go to” person.
  • Excellent communication in all channels and are able to form strong working relationships both in person and virtually.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create custom reports, use complex spreadsheet formulas and analyze data in order to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
