What you will do
- Manage inbound leads and execute outbound targeted prospecting.
- Generate value for potential customers through product demonstration webinars and calls.
- Manage prospect expectations while effectively overcoming objections.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators including scheduled calls and qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with management and senior sales teams to develop professional sales competencies.
Requirements
- 1 year of SDR experience, ideally within a software environment.
- Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
- Strong interest in pursuing and growing a long-term career in sales.
- Proven record of professional and personal development.
- Self-disciplined, organized, and ambitious approach to hitting daily and monthly objectives.
