TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Finnish): Building and developing the sales pipeline for a People Success Platform with an accent on structured prospecting, creative outreach, and lead qualification. Focus on connecting with potential customers in the Finnish market, leveraging modern sales tools and AI to create new business opportunities.

Location: Must be based in or authorized to work in Sweden (EU work authorization required). Hybrid setup in Malmö.

What you will do

  • Identify and research potential customers using data-driven insights and modern tools.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Qualify leads and assess customer needs for alignment with the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to facilitate successful sales handovers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to refine and improve outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and structured data in HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish and English (written and verbal).
  • Eligible to work in Sweden/EU (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Driven and proactive attitude toward B2B SaaS sales.
  • Structured approach to daily tasks and time management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience or strong interest in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and AI-driven prospecting.
