TL;DR

Outbound Business Development Representative (SaaS): Building a strong sales pipeline by identifying and engaging potential customers through proactive outreach and qualification with an accent on lead generation and CRM management. Focus on initiating high-quality conversations, collaborating with Account Executives, and driving new business growth within the EMEA region.

Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland

Compensation: $65,000 base + $32,095 variable = $97,095 OTE

What you will do

  • Research and identify target accounts to build a robust prospect list.
  • Initiate outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads based on business fit, timing, and readiness for sales engagement.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records and interaction history in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience to rejection and self-motivated, target-oriented drive.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and outbound sales.

Nice to have

  • 1–2 years of experience in an outbound sales role, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Familiarity with established sales methodologies and lead generation strategies.
