What you will do
- Research and identify target accounts to build a robust prospect list.
- Initiate outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest.
- Qualify leads based on business fit, timing, and readiness for sales engagement.
- Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team with key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate prospect records and interaction history in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience to rejection and self-motivated, target-oriented drive.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proven track record in lead generation and outbound sales.
Nice to have
- 1–2 years of experience in an outbound sales role, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Familiarity with established sales methodologies and lead generation strategies.
