What you will do

  • Lead and grow a local sales team covering Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
  • Define and implement a strategic go-to-market plan to expand the customer base in France.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams to optimize regional business impact.
  • Conduct industry research and analysis to refine regional strategy and identify market opportunities.
  • Represent the company as a credible public speaker and face of the brand at industry events.
  • Drive a hands-on approach to hit ambitious sales targets and build long-lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and strong working proficiency in English.
  • Proven track record in building or scaling a successful sales organization in France.
  • Extensive experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, specifically within SaaS, martech, or analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in high-growth or scale-up environments.
