What you will do

• Coach a team to build a customer-first sales experience, showcasing the Lightspeed platform to restaurateurs.
• Empower the team to generate interest in Lightspeed through walk-ins and customized outreach.
• Utilize Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyze conversion rates, and track Account Executive activity metrics.
• Be responsible for the new business targets for the team.
• Expand customer base and continue to hire and build the field sales team.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, account managers, implementation, and other internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of Field Account Executives.
• Experience managing a full cycle sales team from prospecting to closing.
• Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
• Experience within SaaS, hospitality, or restaurants.
• A passion for being in the field with the team, outbound sales experience is a must.
• Fluency in French and English.
