What you will do
- Coach a team to build a customer-first sales experience, showcasing the Lightspeed platform to restaurateurs.
- Empower the team to generate interest in Lightspeed through walk-ins and customized outreach.
- Utilize Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyze conversion rates, and track Account Executive activity metrics.
- Be responsible for the new business targets for the team.
- Expand customer base and continue to hire and build the field sales team.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, account managers, implementation, and other internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of Field Account Executives.
- Experience managing a full cycle sales team from prospecting to closing.
- Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
- Experience within SaaS, hospitality, or restaurants.
- A passion for being in the field with the team, outbound sales experience is a must.
- Fluency in French and English.
