Location: Remote (EMEA) - Must be based in Europe (specifically Germany, France, Spain, or the Netherlands preferred).

What you will do

  • Drive commercial growth by aggressively prospecting and securing high-value retail and marketplace partnerships.
  • Lead full-cycle sales from initial discovery and technical alignment to complex C-suite negotiations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on retail media, auction logic, and ad tech to articulate unique value.
  • Confidently sell API-based infrastructure, tailoring demos and ROI models to customer-specific business challenges.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and rigorous hygiene within the CRM.
  • Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships to neutralize blockers and identify internal champions.

Requirements

  • Language: German proficiency is required.
  • Location: Must be based in EMEA.
  • 3+ years of proven sales or customer-facing experience in high-growth, startup, or scale-up environments.
  • Strong communication and structured thinking skills for navigating complex organizations.
  • Ability to travel regionally and internationally as required.
  • Capacity to quickly learn and articulate complex technical concepts like auctions and monetization.

Nice to have

  • Professional experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms.
  • Prior familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization.
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English and German.
