What you will do
- Drive commercial growth by aggressively prospecting and securing high-value retail and marketplace partnerships.
- Lead full-cycle sales from initial discovery and technical alignment to complex C-suite negotiations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on retail media, auction logic, and ad tech to articulate unique value.
- Confidently sell API-based infrastructure, tailoring demos and ROI models to customer-specific business challenges.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and rigorous hygiene within the CRM.
- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships to neutralize blockers and identify internal champions.
Requirements
- Language: German proficiency is required.
- Location: Must be based in EMEA.
- 3+ years of proven sales or customer-facing experience in high-growth, startup, or scale-up environments.
- Strong communication and structured thinking skills for navigating complex organizations.
- Ability to travel regionally and internationally as required.
- Capacity to quickly learn and articulate complex technical concepts like auctions and monetization.
Nice to have
- Professional experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms.
- Prior familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English and German.
