What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end checkout experience to improve conversion, payment success, and donor retention.
- Leverage data, experimentation, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science to execute product roadmaps.
- Define success metrics, scope work, and mitigate risks throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Apply AI tools to accelerate discovery, synthesis, and experimentation.
- Act as the voice of the customer to understand user needs and pain points.
Requirements
- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and willing to work from the office 3 days per week.
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of scaling successful products.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and applying AI across the product development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives across product, engineering, and GTM teams.
- Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

- MBA from a leading program.
- BA/BS in a technical field.
