What you will do
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies from early ideation through product launch and post-launch analysis.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to influence roadmap priorities using qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
- Develop and manage positioning and messaging tailored to nonprofit personas including executive directors and operations teams.
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure launch performance, product adoption, and revenue contribution.
- Drive internal enablement by creating launch briefs, competitive talk tracks, and training sessions for customer-facing teams.
- Own and optimize beta programs, experimentation frameworks, and the research hub launch process.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of B2B Product Marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or hybrid PLG environments.
- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area with 2-3 days per week in-office attendance.
- Proven track record leading complex go-to-market initiatives and cross-functional product launches.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining success metrics and measuring PMM impact.
- Expertise in positioning, messaging, and translating complex product features into clear value narratives.
- Experience communicating with and presenting to executive-level leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to nonprofit, mission-driven, or vertical SaaS audiences.
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Figma, Salesforce, Amplitude, and Crayon/Klue.
- Experience with Amazon-style narrative development.
