What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Accounting and Advisor Firms to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to align hirify.global 401(k) programs with partner strategic goals.
- Act as the central point of contact, coordinating internal cross-functional sales and product teams.
- Balance new partner acquisition with the retention and expansion of existing firm relationships.
- Drive adoption of new features and product integrations through partner enablement and education.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner, channel, or sales-related management roles.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing long-term strategic relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in territory planning, account management, and leading business reviews.
- Ability to articulate complex financial and technical value propositions to firm leadership.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Outreach.
- Must be based in the United States.
