TL;DR

Partner Manager (Fintech): Driving strategy and growth for retirement products through a network of accounting and advisor firms with an accent on portfolio lifecycle management and high-impact partnership development. Focus on building account plans, leading business reviews, and coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure successful partner adoption of hirify.global 401(k) solutions.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Roles based in Denver, San Francisco, New York City, or Scottsdale require hybrid office attendance (2-3 days per week).

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000/yr (OTE, 70% base / 30% commission).

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Accounting and Advisor Firms to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to align hirify.global 401(k) programs with partner strategic goals.
  • Act as the central point of contact, coordinating internal cross-functional sales and product teams.
  • Balance new partner acquisition with the retention and expansion of existing firm relationships.
  • Drive adoption of new features and product integrations through partner enablement and education.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner, channel, or sales-related management roles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing long-term strategic relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in territory planning, account management, and leading business reviews.
  • Ability to articulate complex financial and technical value propositions to firm leadership.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Outreach.
  • Must be based in the United States.
