TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer: Providing technical assistance and monitoring infrastructure for startup projects with an accent on database maintenance and incident escalation. Focus on maintaining smooth system operations during the night shift (3 p.m. – 12 a.m.).

Location: Remote (Must be based in Poland). Shift time: 3 p.m. to 12 a.m.

What you will do

Provide remote technical user support for ongoing incidents.
Monitor internal systems and respond to incoming requests.
Perform basic database administration tasks.
Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex technical issues.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of databases.
Ability to solve problems independently.
Strong communication skills.
Availability to work during the 3 p.m. – 12 a.m. shift.
Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

Basic knowledge of Linux.
