TL;DR

Senior Technical Support Engineer (Cybersecurity): Resolving complex, high-level technical issues for global premium partners and distributors with an accent on root cause analysis, log investigation, and cross-departmental collaboration. Focus on troubleshooting enterprise security product environments, managing shift-based 24/7 availability, and performing deep technical dives into OS and network layers.

Location: Must be based in Slovakia (Bratislava, Košice, or Žilina for hybrid, or anywhere in the country for remote)

Salary: From €2,000 gross per month

What you will do

Provide advanced technical support for hirify.global products to premium global partners.
Conduct deep-dive investigations into product logs, Windows, and network logs to identify root causes.
Collaborate closely with internal development teams to provide detailed technical findings on complex issues.
Maintain and share knowledge by documenting new issue resolutions.
Operate in a 24/7 support environment with scheduled shift rotations.

Requirements

Slovak language: B2+ (written and spoken)
English language: B2+ (written and spoken)
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar technical support role.
Expert proficiency in either UNIX/Linux or Microsoft Windows Server environments.
Practical knowledge of networking, RDBMS, Active Directory, GPO, and virtualization.
Must be located in Slovakia

Nice to have

Experience with enterprise Microsoft server technologies (Exchange, SharePoint, Domino).
Familiarity with REST APIs and mobile environments (Android, Mac OS).
Hands-on experience with antivirus products and hirify.global PROTECT.
