What you will do

• Deliver technical consulting to partners and customers to support onboarding and configuration.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for web backend systems and security products.
• Manage technical tickets, monitor system alerts, and handle escalations efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine architecture and deployment standards.
• Support PreSales and TechOps teams with technical expertise and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support or client-facing customer engineering roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for web backend systems and infrastructures.
• Must have proficiency with Linux command line and web servers like Apache and NGINX.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international remote environment.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of hosting panels such as cPanel, WHM, or Plesk.
• Experience with ModSecurity.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian software stack.
