What you will do
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer tickets and support calls.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux environments to resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments like Engineering and QA to address critical product bugs.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles for partners and customers.
- Deliver product training to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize incoming issues based on customer impact and urgency.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Must be based in Romania.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Fluency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
- Experience with Zendesk, RMM software, or virtualization platforms.
- Basic knowledge of networking.
