What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships as the primary contact for strategic retail and marketplace clients.
  • Drive product adoption, satisfaction, and renewals by aligning client goals with the platform's capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to resolve client issues and improve the user experience.
  • Prepare and lead performance reviews, QBRs, and optimization sessions to maximize client success.
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities to support commercial growth within assigned accounts.
  • Monitor engagement data to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or customer success.
  • English fluency is a must.
  • Deep understanding of the UKI market.
  • Proven ability to interpret product data to drive strategy.
  • Experience in adtech, martech, or SaaS marketplace ecosystems.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with large enterprise retail clients.
