What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships as the primary contact for strategic retail and marketplace clients.
- Drive product adoption, satisfaction, and renewals by aligning client goals with the platform's capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to resolve client issues and improve the user experience.
- Prepare and lead performance reviews, QBRs, and optimization sessions to maximize client success.
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities to support commercial growth within assigned accounts.
- Monitor engagement data to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or customer success.
- English fluency is a must.
- Deep understanding of the UKI market.
- Proven ability to interpret product data to drive strategy.
- Experience in adtech, martech, or SaaS marketplace ecosystems.
