Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Barcelona, Spain for a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Analyze account data to develop strategies for improving vacation rental performance and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while providing expert advice on product usage.
- Act as the primary contact for property owners in Catalonia, leveraging negotiation and upselling skills.
- Organize lead generation and networking events to build a local community of rental owners.
- Coordinate property onboarding and ensure a high standard of customer success and service.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure seamless implementation and go-live processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, tourism, or commercial roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric, problem-solving mindset.
- Near-native Spanish language proficiency is required.
- Fluent English language proficiency is required.
- Passion for new technologies and the travel industry.
