What you will do
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and trust.
- Develop and execute account strategies that support both client value and company growth.
- Identify and pitch new business opportunities to existing clients to expand service footprint.
- Ensure commercial success by monitoring project profitability and proactively minimizing revenue leakage.
- Act as a trusted point of escalation to resolve issues for both the delivery team and client stakeholders.
- Manage team scheduling and resource allocation to align with specific client needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management within a commercial or service-oriented environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract terms, SOW creation, and risk management.
- Must be based in the UK or Europe with ability to work in a hybrid model.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead teams and communicate mission-driven goals effectively.
