What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns for the Advised business.
• Own the annual investment campaigns calendar, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.
• Translate complex investment propositions into compelling narratives for advisers and clients.
• Collaborate with internal design, digital, and content teams to deliver high-quality assets.
• Track campaign KPIs, present performance insights to leadership, and optimize activity for measurable commercial impact.
• Ensure all marketing activity remains strictly compliant with FCA financial promotions requirements.

Requirements

• Strong experience in campaign-led marketing within financial services, investments, or platforms.
• Solid understanding of adviser and paraplanner engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
• Practical mindset focused on measurable commercial impact and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments, specifically FCA financial promotions.
