What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns for the Advised business.
- Own the annual investment campaigns calendar, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.
- Translate complex investment propositions into compelling narratives for advisers and clients.
- Collaborate with internal design, digital, and content teams to deliver high-quality assets.
- Track campaign KPIs, present performance insights to leadership, and optimize activity for measurable commercial impact.
- Ensure all marketing activity remains strictly compliant with FCA financial promotions requirements.
Requirements
- Strong experience in campaign-led marketing within financial services, investments, or platforms.
- Solid understanding of adviser and paraplanner engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
- Practical mindset focused on measurable commercial impact and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments, specifically FCA financial promotions.
