TL;DR

Marketing Executive (Fintech): Developing and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and growth with an accent on social media content, email communications, and brand storytelling. Focus on analyzing campaign performance, crafting compelling copy, and collaborating across the marketing team to optimize the customer journey.

Location: Hybrid (must be able to work 1–2 days per week in London)

What you will do

  • Create and schedule social media content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Draft engaging emails and in-app messages to support product launches and user retention.
  • Help improve website content and landing pages to enhance brand communication and conversion.
  • Brief design teams and create visual assets using tools like Canva or Figma.
  • Support PR campaign delivery and coordinate marketing activities.
  • Track and report on channel performance to identify actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work hybrid 1–2 days a week in the London office.
  • Strong interest in marketing communications and brand strategy.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and learn from data.
  • Curiosity regarding personal finance and investment products.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks.
