What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Business Development Managers to exceed acquisition targets.
- Manage daily team routines including stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and 1:1 sessions.
- Actively support key deals, remove blockers, and drive successful outcomes.
- Hire, onboard, and develop new team members as the regional team scales.
- Maintain high-quality outreach standards and consistent sales processes.
- Foster a positive, focused, and high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development or outbound sales.
- At least 5 years of experience leading direct sales teams.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Track record of scaling teams up to 15+ members.
- Expertise in outbound prospecting and managing pipeline health.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
