What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Business Development Managers to exceed acquisition targets.
  • Manage daily team routines including stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and 1:1 sessions.
  • Actively support key deals, remove blockers, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop new team members as the regional team scales.
  • Maintain high-quality outreach standards and consistent sales processes.
  • Foster a positive, focused, and high-performance team culture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development or outbound sales.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading direct sales teams.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Track record of scaling teams up to 15+ members.
  • Expertise in outbound prospecting and managing pipeline health.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
