What you will do

• Design and develop high-quality learning programs and materials using evidence-based learning theories and methodologies.
• Implement and manage digital learning platforms and tools to deliver scalable, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.
• Support and enable delivery of workshops, training sessions, and virtual learning experiences that foster knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers to support individual growth and career development.
• Measure learning effectiveness through data analytics, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve programs.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure learning initiatives align with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience of successfully implementing learning programs, preferably at a global level.
• Proficiency in LMS, e-learning authoring tools, and virtual platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and prioritize development needs.
• Skilled in engaging diverse audiences in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
• English language proficiency.
