What you will do
- Design and develop high-quality learning programs and materials using evidence-based learning theories and methodologies.
- Implement and manage digital learning platforms and tools to deliver scalable, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.
- Support and enable delivery of workshops, training sessions, and virtual learning experiences that foster knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers to support individual growth and career development.
- Measure learning effectiveness through data analytics, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve programs.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure learning initiatives align with strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience of successfully implementing learning programs, preferably at a global level.
- Proficiency in LMS, e-learning authoring tools, and virtual platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and prioritize development needs.
- Skilled in engaging diverse audiences in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
- English language proficiency.
