What you will do

• Partner directly with Commercial leadership to align business objectives with structural evolution.
• Guide teams through transitions, mitigating risks while ensuring the successful adoption of high-impact, people-centric practices.
• Build a proactive, data-driven framework that unifies performance insights and empowers managers.
• Act as a strategic coach and own the internal Manager Academy training program.
• Identify and streamline fragmented systems and low-value tasks to refocus organizational energy on high-value outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and delivering complex initiatives independently.
• Ability to influence and hold senior stakeholders accountable using data-backed insights.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with researched proposals and solutions.
• Ability to redesign fragmented processes into a cohesive, scalable, and human-centered system.
• Proven record of translating business goals into operational trade-offs and people strategies.
