• Conduct an audit and build a learning strategy for the support team for 6 months.
• Build a learning analytics system to evaluate the effectiveness of training and make data-driven decisions.
• Launch the first full-fledged course for team managers with high practical value.
• Update and improve the onboarding process for one of the team roles.

Требования

• English B2+.
• Experience in L&D, training, or team development from 1.5–2 years.
• Ability to create end-to-end learning programs, from needs analysis to material creation and evaluation.
• Systemic thinking and structure to break down complex topics into understandable learning programs.
• Data-driven approach to evaluate training effectiveness through metrics.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex things simply and facilitate group learning.
• Experience using AI in work to create and optimize learning materials.
