Что делать

  • Manage talent, including building career paths, creating a talent pool, and motivating employees.
  • Develop a corporate culture aligned with business goals and values, monitor employee burnout, and work with motivation.
  • Manage the HR budget, implement data-driven decision-making, and calculate key HR metrics.
  • Build a full-cycle learning and development system, standardizing management approaches.
  • Support the current hiring system, close C-level and complex roles, and manage expectations.
  • Improve team communications, mediate conflicts, and foster relationships within teams.

Требования

  • Experience working in rapidly growing companies (from hundreds to several hundred people) and managing IT teams.
  • Close interaction with CEOs or owners involved in business and operational management.
  • Experience working with remote or hybrid teams.
  • Experience building or changing corporate culture.
  • Case studies of systemic changes, built processes, and automation implementation.
  • English: C1/C2 — Advanced / Fluent
