What you will do
- Administer and manage the Workday Learning ecosystem, including course assignments, reporting, and system health.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding learning series, including executive sessions and new hire tracking.
- Oversee the company-wide mentorship program, driving communication and ongoing improvements.
- Manage logistics for in-person leadership workshops, including materials, scheduling, and participant engagement.
- Monitor and manage the L&D budget, ensuring alignment with internal procurement policies.
- Support compliance and mandatory training efforts through content creation and completion reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in learning operations, enablement, or L&D roles.
- Hands-on experience managing and configuring a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end processes and stakeholders.
- Experience in creating diverse learning content for e-learning, virtual, and in-person formats.
- Excellent communication skills with comfort engaging new hires and senior stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Learning or HRIS implementations.
- Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools like Articulate.
- Experience managing global budgets or vendor procurement processes.
