TL;DR

Mid Market Account Executive (SaaS): Driving the growth of hirify.global in the Central & West Regions by attracting and signing new companies and managing the entire sales cycle. Focus on prospecting, presenting product demonstrations, and networking with market influencers to build the revenue pipeline.

Location: While this is a remote position, hirify.global is currently authorized to hire in the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA. Candidates must reside in one of these states to be considered for employment. PLEASE NOTE: We will only consider candidates that live in CST/MST/PST for this opportunity at this time.

Salary: Base salaries for this role range from $95,000 - $120,000 USD per year. Additionally this role has a 50/50 variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Perform outbound activities to build the revenue pipeline.
  • Target key decision-makers and determine buying readiness and timelines.
  • Capture and manage information in the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences, and network with market influencers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience closing deals in Software (SaaS) Sales.
  • Experience with HR-tech environment.
  • Proven experience accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Ability to work remotely and autonomously.
