Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 annually

What you will do
- Cultivate and pursue new and existing enterprise client opportunities supporting the full sales cycle
- Use sales technology to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Represent hirify.global’s value propositions to prospects and clients
- Collaborate with engagement management, marketing, legal, finance, delivery, and account management teams to close deals
- Manage legal relationships including contracts, renewals, and NDAs
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction at all stakeholder levels
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States, preferably Chicago or Salt Lake City
- 7+ years of sales experience in IT services, with 5+ years in mid-market sales
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Proficient sales and business development skills including consultative sales and contract negotiation
Nice to have
- Project management or sales certifications (e.g., PMP, CSP, CPSP, CSE, SAM, CISP)
- Master’s degree
- Experience partnering with hyper-scalers
- Experience in complex, matrixed professional services environments
- Strong executive presence and strategic thinking skills
