What you will do

• Define and scale the product operating model including planning, roadmapping, and OKR processes.
• Own the end-to-end product insights function and synthesize portfolio-level data to influence executive strategy.
• Lead the integration of AI across the product development lifecycle to drive team leverage and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the product analytics ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and consistency across the organization.
• Build and lead the Product Operations function while removing bottlenecks to accelerate product velocity.
• Partner with GTM, Finance, and Engineering leadership to align product investments with measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with availability for team travel.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence within high-growth SaaS environments.
• Deep expertise in product analytics tools like Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Snowflake.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and strategic insight.
• Strong background in establishing product operating models, KPI frameworks, and data governance.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams is strongly preferred.
