What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end product roadmaps while managing cross-functional team implementation.
• Conduct user interviews and synthesize feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Own sprint planning, roadmap prioritization, and make strategic trade-off decisions.
• Define, track, and deliver on product goals and key business metrics.
• Utilize data analysis and A/B testing to optimize photographer and customer experiences.
• Identify and incubate cross-functional special projects to accelerate global marketplace growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience launching and improving products at high-growth marketplaces.
• Expertise in SQL, spreadsheet modeling, and A/B testing.
• Proven ability to balance high-level product vision with data-grounded experimentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate directly with executive leadership.
• Capacity to operate with high intensity and drive ownership of growth outcomes.
