What you will do

  • Collaborate with internal teams to build a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers.
  • Network within client organizations to influence key decision-makers, typically at the C-level.
  • Serve as a hirify.global ambassador, representing the company within strategic client accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans, engagement strategies, and growth targets for each account.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional virtual teams to drive complex sales opportunities to close.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build relationships and network across multiple levels within an organization, including C-suite executives.
  • Strong understanding of security technologies and industry trends.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Success in a quota-driven sales environment at the mid-market or enterprise level, with 4–6+ years of experience.
  • Experience closing deals between $20K–$100K.
  • Familiarity with formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).

Nice to have

  • Proven track record of sales success in the IT security industry.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
