What you will do

  • Serve as a go-to resource for Workday employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accurate data.
  • Coordinate and execute Workday testing for configuration updates.
  • Maintain high‑quality employee data through regular audits and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate People Ops programs and projects, operating independently within scope.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries through the HR ticketing system.
  • Support U.S. HR compliance by processing I‑9s, unemployment claims, and workers’ compensation documentation.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant HR/People Ops experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong Workday skills and experience with ticketing systems.
  • Solid working knowledge of HR compliance practices, including I-9 verification and auditing best practices.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Clear, concise communication with employees and cross‑functional partners.
  • Proven problem‑solving mindset, identifying friction points and helping simplify processes across teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience using ticketing systems to manage and track HR-related inquiries.
  • Familiarity with testing HR system updates and implementing process changes.
  • Experience handling unemployment claims, workers’ compensation cases, or similar regulatory processes.
