What you will do

• Administer the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, leave management, and offboarding.
• Triage and resolve incoming employee requests with clear communication.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and legally compliant employee records.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Recruiting, IT, and Legal to ensure secure data handling.
• Identify and reduce process bottlenecks by improving manual workflows.
• Launch and track compliance training initiatives in partnership with Legal and IT.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in People Operations program ownership and execution.
• Ability to autonomously handle a high volume of administrative tasks.
• Moderate proficiency in Excel for reporting, auditing, and data reconciliation.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and automating manual tasks.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating with software vendors.
• Knowledge of B2B contracts, global PEO/EOR employment, immigration, and work-authorization compliance.
