Salary: $125,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Evolve People Operations strategy by modernizing workflows through AI and process automation.
• Manage the People Operations help desk, ensuring high SLA performance and efficient knowledge management.
• Design and optimize end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experiences in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee immigration processes and maintain strict compliance with employment laws.
• Lead internal and external audits while maintaining standardized SOPs and employee handbook documentation.
• Optimize the People Team tech stack, including ATS tools, to ensure data integrity and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR.
• Significant experience managing immigration processes and collaborating with external counsel.
• Proven background in designing and scaling onboarding/offboarding programs.
• Expertise in HR compliance, audit execution, and policy development.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR systems optimization and automation (AI experience required).
