What you will do
- Evolve People Operations strategy by modernizing workflows through AI and process automation.
- Manage the People Operations help desk, ensuring high SLA performance and efficient knowledge management.
- Design and optimize end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experiences in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Oversee immigration processes and maintain strict compliance with employment laws.
- Lead internal and external audits while maintaining standardized SOPs and employee handbook documentation.
- Optimize the People Team tech stack, including ATS tools, to ensure data integrity and reporting efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR.
- Significant experience managing immigration processes and collaborating with external counsel.
- Proven background in designing and scaling onboarding/offboarding programs.
- Expertise in HR compliance, audit execution, and policy development.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR systems optimization and automation (AI experience required).
