Salary: $71,640 - $124,176

What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement efforts across core HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, workforce planning, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve service delivery and employee experience.
• Develop, run, and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR reports, including headcount, turnover, engagement, performance, and diversity metrics.
• Translate data into clear insights and visual summaries for HRBPs and business leaders.
• Provide guidance on daily employee relations matters, escalating complex issues and supporting investigations.
• Participate in workforce planning and organizational design discussions.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience running HR reports and interpreting workforce data.
• Expertise in process improvement and operational optimization.
• Experience using HRIS systems and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Experience with employee relations and employment practices.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or HR technology programs.
• Experience in healthcare, technology, SaaS, or matrixed environments.
