What you will do

• Administer onboarding, leave management, role changes, and offboarding processes.
• Manage and triage incoming employee requests to ensure clear communication and resolution.
• Maintain legally compliant and audit-ready employee records and documentation.
• Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and M&A integration projects.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Recruiting, IT, Legal, and Finance to ensure secure data handling.
• Identify and reduce system and process bottlenecks to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in People Operations program ownership and execution.
• Ability to autonomously handle a high volume of administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel for reporting, auditing, and data reconciliation.
• Demonstrated success in improving manual or outdated processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating with external software vendors.
• Proficiency in B2B contract administration, global PEO/EOR employment, and immigration case management.
