Location: Must work in office 3 days per week in New York City, NY

Salary: $80,000 - $106,000

What you will do

• Act as the connective tissue between Transform and all GRO functions, ensuring GTM alignment.
• Own and continuously iterate AI/Transform positioning in BDR outreach.
• Develop frameworks for AI & Transform lead generation across different sales motions.
• Support creation of case studies, one-pagers, on-demand demos, and other collateral.
• Ideate, run, and measure ad-hoc strategic initiatives to optimize top-of-funnel performance.
• Provide hands-on support to the GM on priority projects spanning GTM, sales strategy, and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• 2+ Years working in consulting, banking, private equity/venture capital, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
• Exceptional project management abilities, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
