What you will do

• Own and administer the core GTM tech stack including Salesforce, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools.
• Translate business needs into scalable workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards for GTM teams.
• Manage key RevOps processes such as lead routing, territory management, and data governance.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive forecasting, deal workflows, and performance visibility.
• Evaluate and implement new GTM tools to drive operational efficiency and scale.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and tools like Outreach, Gong, or HubSpot.
• Demonstrated ability to build workflows, automations, and reporting to support GTM processes.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and pipeline management metrics.
• Experience gathering requirements from teams and translating them into technical solutions.
• Detail-oriented problem-solving skills with a preference for fast-paced startup environments.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in BI/reporting tools like Mode, Looker, or Retool.
• SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
