Director, B2B Marketing & Events: Leading the development and execution of Sphere’s B2B event marketing portfolio with an accent on delivering world-class experiences that elevate the brand and engage potential clients. Focus on driving business growth of sales for ad sales & sponsorships, groups ticketing, group events, private experiences and corporate/venue buyouts.

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Salary: $113,000 — $180,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to drive corporate/venue buyouts, private and group event bookings, and advertising and sponsorship prospects for Sphere.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize relevant events, conferences, conventions, sponsorships, and awards programs against our B2B marketing strategy to maximize impact.
  • Align with internal stakeholders on the vision and strategy for Sphere's B2B event marketing portfolio.
  • Lead all phases of external event delivery — from initial concept through on-site execution and post-event reporting.
  • Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and management across all production elements.
  • Build scalable processes and toolkits for B2B event planning and execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or B2B strategic marketing roles.
  • Experience in entertainment, tech, or consumer brands with premium event executions preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • Proven success in developing and executing B2B marketing and event strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Executive presence with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient — thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
