Salary: $90,000 - $109,000 USD (typical range; up to $121,000 in select US cities)

What you will do
- Support the full portfolio of strategic events including major internal and external conferences and tradeshows
- Coordinate with internal teams, venues, and event agencies on space planning and logistics
- Manage event registration processes and internal communications
- Maintain event documentation and dashboards to keep teams aligned
- Oversee event kits and swag initiatives, collaborating with creative and regional marketing teams
- Communicate with attendees and partners via event team email alias
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States and able to work remotely
- Minimum 4 years of event experience with strong project and deadline management skills
- Ability to travel 6-8 times per year for event planning and execution
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and design teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Google Sheets, Asana, Cvent, and Hubspot
Nice to have
- Experience in the tech industry, especially startups or scale-ups
- Event agency experience
- Experience working remotely in asynchronous environments
