TL;DR

Director Lifecycle Marketing (Marketing): Lead and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive member engagement from enrollment through ongoing benefit use with an accent on data-driven conversion optimization and personalized member journeys. Focus on designing automated, compliant marketing programs and analyzing KPIs to improve activation and sustained participation.

Location: Must be based in the United States with authorization to work without sponsorship.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually (NYC-based applicants)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to convert interest into enrollment completion.
  • Lead post-enrollment lifecycle marketing strategies to drive activation and sustained engagement.
  • Build automated multi-channel journeys across email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Segment audiences for personalized marketing experiences.
  • Define and report on lifecycle KPIs and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with product, legal, and analytics teams to ensure compliance and alignment.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
  • 8+ years experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
  • Proven success improving conversion and engagement through data-driven automated campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Looker).
  • Strong understanding of B2B2C marketing dynamics and compliance (HIPAA, CAN-SPAM).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience building enrollment or conversion journeys in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare engagement funnels and behavioral marketing techniques.
  • Background in A/B testing and journey optimization.
  • Copywriting or content experience translating complex health topics.
