Location: Must be based in or able to work from the New York studio on a hybrid basis (4 days per week in office).

Salary: $75,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Craft compelling proposals, pitch presentations, and digital/analog outreach strategies to win new business.
• Collaborate with the Executive Growth Director to respond to inbound RFPs and originate new outbound marketing opportunities.
• Synthesize input from client services, culture, verbal, design, and leadership teams for proposals.
• Lead complex initiatives with robust project management capabilities.
• Engage and build strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Drive the growth vision by articulating the agency's full branding capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven business development and sales experience within the branding or creative industry.
• Financial acumen sufficient to manage complex pitches and negotiations.
• Sophisticated leadership and project management skills to orchestrate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (4 days per week in the New York office).
• Strong expertise in synthesizing diverse stakeholder inputs into cohesive client-facing materials.
