What you will do

  • Define and execute marketing strategies for Contact Center and BPO service offerings.
  • Design and optimize multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to create enablement tools and participate in discovery calls and proposals.
  • Develop messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to SMB and large enterprise client segments.
  • Track pipeline metrics and revenue progression using Salesforce to optimize marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate with Global President and CMO to align marketing, sales, and product strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in BPO, CX, or professional services.
  • Proven track record in demand generation and scaling pipeline growth.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to operate as a hands-on strategic leader in a collaborative environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
