What you will do
- Prospect and generate leads for the sales team.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria.
- Conduct initial outreach activities via phone, email, and social media.
- Maintain and update prospect databases in CRM systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives.
- Support the sales development team in various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
- Basic understanding of social selling platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Google Workspace.
- Basic data entry and database management skills.
- 1-2 years experience in Sales Development or related fields.
