What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business with local fitness and wellness merchants.
- Maintain a field-first approach by visiting merchants daily and attending community events.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and drop-ins to final negotiation.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition and pipeline conversion targets.
- Act as a local market expert to identify untapped growth opportunities.
- Track all key activities and performance metrics in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience.
- Strong background in full-cycle sales methodologies.
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Excellent B2B negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office.
- Must be available for 70–80% travel, including local day trips and extended regional travel.
