What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Partner Integration and Client Support Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Establish and refine technical integration standards, testing protocols, and documentation to improve delivery consistency.
• Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to enhance the scalability of our partner onboarding process.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of new North America partner integrations from initial request through to successful launch.
• Manage and monitor team performance via ticket queue health and the successful execution of special integration initiatives.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical integration challenges, collaborating with development teams to find solutions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead, Supervisory, or Management role specifically within the parking industry.
• Deep familiarity with parking industry-specific players, partner relationships, and the broader mobility ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience in technical integration or API-focused roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards for documentation and testing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
